Fee Structure and Requirements for The New Academic Year 2024

 

COURSE DURATION: (3years plus 1 year Hospital attachment For CO & LAB, For Pharmacy 6months)

  1. Government subsidizes tuition fee 35,000ssp per semester for students coming from the ministry, organized forces and counties, recommended by CHD.
  2. Private students (South Sudanese) fee 55, 000 ssp per semester.
  3. Foreign students Non-south Sudanese 250 usd per semester.
  4. NGO sponsored student 400 usd per semester.
  5. Formative &summative Assessment examination fees 15,000 ssp per semester.
  6. OSCE/OSPE examinations fees 15,000 ssp per Semester.
  7. Ream of paper each student per semester.
  8. One slasher or hoe for new student per year or its equivalent to 5,000 ssp.
  9. Black/brown closed flat shoes for both ladies and gentlemen. New-students
  10. Ruled Paper per student each year.
  11. Toilet tissues 2pairs per students per semester.
  12. Stationery (books and pens for students).
  13. Medical dictionary. (optional)
  14. Registration fee 3,500 ssp per semester
  15. Student’s Union fee 4,000ssp per semester.
  16. Identification card fee 5,000 ssp for new students.
  17. School recommended uniform, quality material (Pink for midwives, blue for Nurses, green for lab technicians, White long slip & Navy blue for Pharmacy, sky blue shirt and navy blue for clinical officers) – each student to carter for their own uniform according to the colors mentioned and style.
  18. White clinical/lab coat (lab technicians and clinical officer students) optional.
  19. Hepatitis B test result slip 1000 ssp new students each within the school.
  20. HCG test for new Female student 1000 ssp within the school (Pregnancy not allowed for 3yrs)
  21. All student to take preventive measure of Corvid-19 (hand sanitizers, facemask, etc)
  22. Final National examination fee will be determined by (NHPEB) 3rd year’s students only.
  23. Development Fees 15,000 SSP each semester year.
  24. Log book. NURSES 3,000 SSP new students
  25. Delivery book (midwifery students) 3,000 SSP. new students
  26. Log Book Clinical Officer& public 5,000 SSP. new students
  27. Lab Pharmacy 5,000 ssp   new    students
  28. Lab Laboratory 5,000 ssp new    students
  29. White epilates (nurse cape for female nursing and midwifery students) compulsory
  30. Wrist watches for optional.
  31. Lady student pushback hairstyle and NO colored hair, and small earrings, no other ornament aloud.
  32. Research proposal fee 20,000 ssp (3rd year students only).
  33. Research dissertation 20,000 ssp (3rd year students only).
  34. Mock Fees 20,000 ssp every September of the year (3rd year students only).
  35. Each student file IN kind. (New students)
  36. Tour or staff health facilities field visit for support supervision 3000 ssp per semester.
  37. Each student to bring a pair of gloves per semester (one examination and surgical gloves).
